7:00 AM – Guided silent meditation inspired by Buddhist teachings.
7:30 AM – Mindful Yoga (75 minutes)
9:15 AM – Fresh tropical breakfast
10:30 AM – Break for Beach Time, Rest or other Activities

Midday

12:00 PM – optional Lunch at the beach or in the Yoga House (not included)

1:30 PM – Workshop: Mindfulness and Nervous System Regulation with theory and practice, served with tea and snacks.

2:30 PM – Free time to relax or explore the island.
